When you make a purchase or access your tests, we collect your email address, selected state, purchased test or bundle, purchase date, access expiration date, and Stripe checkout/session details needed to confirm your order. We may also store limited browser data on your device, such as your selected language, state, progress, and access status. As we improve the service, we may collect limited study activity such as tests opened, practice time, questions attempted, and score or progress information to provide access, improve study tools, and support customer-service requests. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our servers. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe.
We currently send purchase, receipt, access, and support-related emails. We do not currently send marketing or study-tip emails unless you separately opt in to receive them.
We use local browser storage and basic session data to remember your selected state, language, theme, email login, test progress, and purchased access on your device. We do not sell advertising data.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Stripe to process payments, Cloudflare to host and protect the website, and Supabase to store purchase/access records needed to operate the service.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other payment method details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are subject to Stripe's privacy and security practices.
We retain your email and purchase record for up to 2 years to support access and refund requests. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
CDLPrepNow.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may offer promotion codes or coupons at our discretion. Promotion codes may be limited by expiration date, redemption count, or other eligibility rules. Access begins after payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

CDLPrepNow.com sells digital practice-test access. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered.
We will review refund requests and may issue a refund if you were charged twice for the same purchase, were charged but never received access, or experienced a technical issue caused by our service that prevented access and that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
We generally do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, decided not to use the product, bought the wrong test after receiving access, failed an official exam, or no longer need CDL practice materials.
Please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. Most access and billing questions can be handled faster by emailing us directly at cdlprepnow@gmail.com.
Email us within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used for purchase, what you bought, and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
If a payment is placed under formal review by a payment provider, we may provide relevant records to help resolve the matter accurately. These records may include purchase details, access logs, checkout records, support messages, and available study activity such as tests opened, practice time, questions attempted, score history, or progress information.
